Dr. med. Ingo Schumacher

Aside from the operation of hip and knee joints (prosthetic implants or replacements) and forefoot surgery, Dr. Schumacher is specialized in arthroscopic and band plastic surgery, in adjustment osteotomy at the knee joint, in implantation of mini, partial or complete prosthetic devices and their exchange including operations of a high degree of difficulty.

Since 1st March 2006, he practises in his proper establishment in Bernau focussing on hip and knee arthroplasty (endoprothetics), problem replacements, knee surgery, forefoot operations and knee joint arthroscopy.

Since April 2006, he works together with Dr. sc. med. K. Denner in the joint practice located in the Ladeburger Chaussee. In relation to operations, Dr. Schumacher cooperates with the Sana Klinik in Sommerfeld and with the Märkisch-Oderland Klinik in Wriezen.

Various guest and study visits to Dr. med. Eichhorn in Straubing in 1998 and to Dr. med. U. Munzinger in Zurich in 2001 expanded his expert knowledge considerably. Since 2002, he regularly performs study visits in Sommerfeld (operative) with colleagues from other clinics.
